HYPERBELL Cables

The product arrived as expected, but I have concerns about the customer service experience. I contacted the company with questions regarding the product and followed up several times over the course of several days, yet I have not received a response. I hope the company improves its communication, as timely support is important when customers have questions or concerns.

Works amazingly! The rope is better than the rope at my gym. Handles and bars are well made and very comfortable. 2 different sized cables so you can do both pull downs from 2 different angles. Pulling up doesn't work that well because the weight comes toward you and is awkward. I purchased a separate adjustable resistance band wall anchor and second wheel to get more pulling angles. Wish they had a kit with 2 of the dumbbell holders, or sold another one separately for those of us with 2 cable anchor points to do 2 handed fly movements.

I recently sustained an injury to my Achilles tendon which will keep me out of my gym for several months. I purchased this product so that I could do some limited work from home until I am able to resume training at my gym. The product seems to work reasonably well for my intended purpose. I wish the product came with a second pulley though.
