Kion Creatine has definitely met my expectations. It mixes easily, tastes clean, and has been a solid addition to my routine. I've noticed better performance & recovery, and the quality feels top notch.

I’m a 41 yr old woman who started lifting a year ago & this is my first experience taking creatine. I’m happy to report that I’m seeing faster recovery after strength training & new PRs. It has helped me to be able to do more reps or go up in weight & Im looking forward to seeing more progress in the coming months.

I was pretty hesitant to start Creatine, because I had some worries about hair loss and bloating. So far, so good! This formulation completely dissolves in water, and I use it when I take my Kion Aminos. I really like that it's Creapure as well. I feel like I can see a bit more muscle than I could before, but it's probably a bit early to tell.
