Creatine+

Perfect boost!

This is my first foray into creatine, so admittedly I don’t have anything else to compare it to, but I’m really enjoying the JI creatine so far! Totally flavorless when mixed with the pre-workout or electrolytes (haven’t tried it on its own, but there’s no reason to). It dissolves well (I use a shaker bottle). I have definitely noticed an increase in energy and stamina during my strength workouts. Purchasing this one again for sure!

No tummy issues

Most importantly for me for this creatine is that it doesn't cause any tummy issues! Flavorless is great and I truly see a difference in tone and lean muscle when I take it consistently.

My husband likes taking this product every morning. He likes the quality and says it helps him focus and feel great throughout the day. He mixes it in his protein shake.
