I have been drinking this for a year now. Has helped calm my crazy hot flashes. Tastes deliciius, although I believe the formula has changed a bit. Used to have more of a tart taste, which I enjoyed, but now it’s a bit smoother without the tartness. Still enjoy my glass every day! Thank you!
