I take ten mg daily, mix it with 12oz. of liquid, it blends in very well. Way better than the stuff I had bought in stores which is chalkier, doesn't fully dissolve and isn't independently scientifically reviewed. I'll buy again.

Great stuff

Been taking this for about 7 months now regularly. This version beats the previous version as it mixes better in warmer water than cold but it sure does the trick, I'm no longer dealing with afternoon bonks!

Trust and Time

I've been on it now for about 3 weeks. There hasn't been any noticeable difference in energy or focus, however, I realized that these things take time. Typically, I've taken it in the morning. I mix it into a Kachava shake with veggies and fruit. Looking forward to checking back in a few months.
