Truly works

Comparing a before and after I can truly say this helps with hydration. I get less fatigue and I tend to feel more hydrated in general. I normally work for about 1 hr weight and 20 min run, and before I would drag myself to run. Now, I always feel great to finish my workouts with the best effort. Also, I have tried so many hydration products and this one is on top for sure.

Hydrate tastes great and works wonders. We were introduced to it while vacationing in Colorado last year and it helped with hydration, so we are still buying it!

The best part is that dont have the after taste of the other brands!! But dont get me wrong this one is sweet, if you like sweet stuff this is the one for you! Was the one for me !!
