HORRIBLE Customer Service

I wanted to love this company as I was seeing some good results with the products and when you could catch a sale they were affordable. However the customer service is ATROCIOUS. On two separate orders my product broke in shipping and leaked most if not all of the product out before I even received the package. Instead of offering to make it right, I received no response whatsoever. Then when I yet again for a third time brought this to support's attention, they just cancelled my subscription and made no offer to right the wrong. Horrible customer service!

Didn’t notice a difference

Again, I didn’t notice the difference. I personally thought it was like all of the products I tried before and quite frankly I think I deserve my money back. When you falsely advertising your product.
