I just added core colostrum to my supplement routine, so I have to wait a bit for full results. I don’t mix it with anything — I just take a scoop in the morning on an empty stomach. Overall, I enjoy the taste, and I’m looking forward to seeing if it improves my gut health.

This is a product I was waiting for. I have bern tsking it already for several months now and I do feel its working for my gut health and physical regeneration. And I love the taste. I mix it in L.Reuteri yogurt (or coconut milk) with linseeds and dark chocolate 100% (no sugar).
