I had no negative reactions with this supplement and appreciate the quality, that it is a liquid in a capsule is unique compared to other choline supplements on the market

A must!!!

I never knew how important choline was for my baby until listening to health as a mother podcast. Also the doctors who helped create the needed brand. It’s crucial for your baby and to me a must. The needed prenatal has choline in it as well but I was having really bad food aversions and could t eat eggs which choline is a key nutrient in eggs so I decided to supplement with it as well to make sure my baby was getting everything it needed! I can’t recommend this brand enough for not just baby but for mom!

It’s been great reassurance in the 1st trimester knowing I’m meeting my needs for choline when the nausea makes it hard to get thru foods.
