Ive been using this product for ~5 weeks as directed. I have maintained my weight (same to as i had been), my cravings are increase and digestion seems to be slower. I know they said the real benefits take about 3 months to obtain so i plan to continue through that time but am disappointed by the difference I am noticing so far. I would like feedback if possible as i am confused why my mid-day appitite has increased (i was never a snacker - now i crave multiple snacks a day).

Unsure yet as ive not taken more than one dose, but hoping theyre great!

Still on the first jar i ordered so i havent seen much so far but its a simple and easy product to use. And theres no bad flavor to it so thats a plus.
