Improve your grip strength
I bought the 20" EZ-Rope about two weeks ago and have already used it in several workouts. It was really easy to attach to my pull-up bar and feels very secure.
I bought the 20" EZ-Rope about a week ago and have already used it in several workouts. It was really easy to attach to my pull-up bar and feels very secure.
I mostly use it for pull-ups, rows, and dead hangs. The 20" length is perfect for grip training without taking up much space. The rope feels well made and comfortable to hold, but it definitely makes the exercises more challenging.
It's a simple idea, but it works really well. My forearms get tired much faster than with a regular pull-up bar, which is exactly what I wanted.
Very happy with the quality and would definitely recommend it if you're looking to improve your grip strength.

Great for those into climbing
Tons of fun for suspension/calisthenics exercise variants. Definitely engages forearms, back, & core more vs gripping a standard bar. Added difficulty to spice things up
I must admit, electrical tape on the end seems a bit suspicious but not a factor for myself since I don’t grip that area. Surely there’s some better options/hacks to make better (tennis racket tape, skate board grip tape, etc.). Ropes do take some time to break in…you may see super teeny tiny rope fibers shed initially when using the first week or so…dies down/non issue eventually.
Overall, I think the rope material used (jute) really sets this product aside from your standard cookie cutter ropes. I can honestly say that no other rope has been able to light up my forearm muscles quite like this rope from Kensui. Fantastic product for grip training

EZ Rope
Great product to enhance grip strength and also add variety to pulling position! I purchased a pair of these and have been using them regularly. Only disappointment is the cheap, duct tape cap or end finishing! I don't see this lasting very long as it is flimsy and thin. There should be a shrunk wrapped rubber boot on the ends of the rope.
