ROM PAD

This thing woks exactly as advertised. It's just the right texture to give you good support while not compressing the spine in an uncomfortable way. Getting used to the balance and finding the right height for it on the bench take a few tries, but it definitely lets you get more stretch on the pecs. Great stuff!

I like this prodcut very sturdy and feels good. At first I thought it was a bit too soft, like possibly if i lean on it it’ll get flatten but the first time trying it I realized I was wrong. Seems like it’ll last a very long time.

It had more of an improvement engaging my lats than my chest for some reason. I'm pretty smoked from my workout 4 days later still.
