Thumb war
This machine has really strengthened my hands and grip, and because of that, my overall strength has improved as well. I’m looking forward to trying more of their products. The silliest and most effective thing
You bring this to the gym and you get stares and scratches of the head. Everyone thinks you’re crazy. But the Thumb War is no gimmick, no other tool builds the other half of your pinching power. This thing is crazy effective for building fearsome meaty hands. And anyone who tries it, understands immediately.

Get a grip
Solid and well built. I’ll be using this piece of kit for years to come. The ability to change from standard to Olympic place is a bonus as well.
