Fantastic
I’ve been working out for over 30 years now and I have a gym bag full of straps, wraps, gigdets and gadgets but these are the best I have in my bag. The isolation they I had put on the target muscle is next level. Without having to focus on grip I can mentally tune in to the target muscle and I wouldn’t have ever thought that these would be such a great addition to my arsenal. The straps are thick and sewn together great and the padding is superb!

Awesome for rehab
Have the short and long version ideal for rehab.
Comfortable and strong.
My only two suggestions are to make the short one shorter and bigger handles for your hand on the long strap.
Overal: just buy it you won't regret it

Great for clients dealing with grip issues
I have a few clients who were struggling with elbow tendinitis and this allows them to do pull movements with little to no elbow pain
