You can’t go wrong with a LadderPod
The LadderPod is much more than it seems. It is a versatile, well built and sturdy piece of equipment. The no-slip platform and support rods for balance are helpful and effective.
The LadderPod really shines when it’s combined with the included exercise manual. It color coded and beautifully bound. Exercises are illustrated and explained and each exercise has a QR code to a video if you need more guidance. The manual also has exercises grouped by purpose, everything from osteoarthritis and injury to strength and flexibility.
You can’t go wrong with a LadderPod.

Lower body exercises unlocked
Makes lower body exercises & mobility a whole lot more accessible and easier to grade. Easy to assemble and set up. Very sturdy. Compact, doesn’t have a large footprint, so works well in a small exercise space.

Great piece of equipment
This is an excellent piece of equipment for the rehabilitation of a wide range of lower-extremity injuries. It was quickly incorporated into exercise programs by both physiotherapists and occupational therapists at our clinic, and has proven to be a valuable addition to our gym space.
I have three suggestions for improvement:
1. Integrated wheels would make the unit easier to move and reposition within the clinic.
2. The foam covering on the handles encourages some clients to grip the bars higher up. When clients pull strongly in this position, the LadderPod can tip backward. A design modification to discourage high hand placement or improve stability in this scenario would enhance safety.
3. A removable padded cover for the front of the adjustable platform would be a useful addition, particularly for box jump and plyometric training. This could help reduce the risk of shin injuries when clients accidentally strike the edge of the platform.
