For tightness in tibialis anterior and posterior
I got this for tightness in my shins that's been impacting my walking and running as a result of poor biomechanics. Along with my physio, this muscle scraper has been helpful to loosen up the muscles in between appointments. I'm looking forward to using it on other muscles to support recovery from my workouts.

For my moms hands and feet
