Great tool but may need someone else to use it for Achilles
I like it a lot but my specific interest was for helping with my Achilles. This is hard to do on your own you really need someone else to do it for you for that location.

Best purchase I could have made. I got this as I am training for my marathon and wanted something to help with the recovery piece. I have also been recovering from a few injuries, so having this tool has been a HUGE help! I love that the bundle came with everything I needed and the packaging was great especially traveling to Sydney with it! 100% recommend this if you are logging miles and want to up your recovery game!

Especially helpful for sensitive/sore areas
Admittedly, I was concerned that this might not be for me or that I wouldn’t be able to find a way to fit it into my routine. As someone who owns a Hypervolt massage gun and fails to use it regularly, there was concern.
I tried this scraper without the gel first to see if it was necessary, but also to gauge how it felt. I’m pleased to report that it glides fairly smoothly on skin without the gel. The edges are slightly less rounded than I’d expected, but it feels good against the skin. I could see how the gel would make it glide more easily.
It really helps me tackle more sensitive and sore areas that are too tender for a massage gun. So far, I’m pleased and would recommend it!
