Pulsetto FIT

It's hard to keep the electrodes in contact with my neck, even with it adjusted as small as it will go. Also, I was charged for the premium account even though I never set up my premium account. When you buy the Pulsetto a Pulsetto account gets created and you have to log in to that to cancel premium or you will get charged every month. Even if you never download the app. Customer Service is just an AI, not an actual person. It is very frustrating to try to deal with. So far I prefer Sensate.

I bought this for our daughter who was or is having hi flight problems. She said it does help, and is very thankful that I purchased it for her. Anything that will help her to feel better and this seems to be one of those products that has helped

The fit itself has been great. Customer service has been a challenge. I do not want to pay for a subscription and customer service keeps not cancelling it. They tell me to keep trying it, that I will like it. I don't want it.
