Excellent customer service. I received the Pro with a damaged part that was sheared off during shipping. I wrote back to customer and before i could check for a reply, they had already started processing a replacment. That’s excellent customer service 👌🏼.

Rock solid product

Easy to put together with basic everyday tools, took almost 20 mins for someone who never used a ratchet wrench before. Product is rock solid and beyond my expectation for the price. Been using it primarily for back extension and Nordic curls and it’s very intuitive on setting up and tuning it precisely to my level. I have kids that run around the room so I especially appreciated how easy it is to tuck away in the corner of the room without fear of one of my kids pulling it down.

Found out my NordBench was delivered to the wrong address to which the Nord Support team immediately turned around and sent out a replacement the very next day free of charge! By far the fastest and most concise response I've ever experienced with any company.
