To be honest, I can't believe that the shipping cost more than the product, and the shipping took three weeks. If I didn't need it so badly, I would not have purchased it at all. For the price of the shipping, this item could have come in carrying case, so it does not get misplaced. Also, even a picture to show which way to hold the device when using it would have been nice.

They sent me one that looked like it was used already. It doesn’t look brand new at all. I was very disappointed because I bought them before and this looked like it was all rusted.

Good quick tool for removing the plug without damaging it by using tools not designed for proper removal (e.g. spoons, pliers, etc). Hangs right next to my Corlok Bosu 🙂
