I’ve used these bands before at a Pilates studio an I decided to get my own. I feel like it lost its elasticity after only a few uses. Other than that, they are aesthetically pleasing. Seem like good material and quality .

Use for stretching
I ruptured my Achilles tendon and in recovery I am using the bands for hamstring stretching. Nice wide straps
