It is an amazing tool in the fitness arsenal. You can do a complete workout: core, legs, back and arms. I just got it a week ago and am finding new ways to use it everyday. Highly recommend!

I am in love with my Heroboard! It’s such a great workout! It’s spicy, it’s intense and you shake through the whole workout! On top of that you can workout anywhere!
