Bala Bangles

Cute but painful

I had been eyeing these for a while, so was excited to finally get them. Do t get me wrong, they’re very cute. But they’re also painful. I used them in my ankles, and the weight dug into my ankle bones the entire time, despite my attempts to arrange the weights. I’m not sure if this is just an issue with the 3 lb bangles or overall. But unfortunately I can’t recommend.

The items are terrible quality and fall apart. When I reached out to support, they do not stand by their product. The foam roller disintegrates into a total mess. The outer layer peels off onto the floor and sticks to your skin and clothing as well. Considering the age of this item and the minimal usage, I would not buy this again. Having used and owned other foam rollers for much longer without this issue, I cannot wholeheartedly advise others to purchase it either. I threw it out in the trash this week.
