If I knew it came from China I would never have bought it. There are no instructions or training instructions. I reached out to the company and they said no training instructions or videos are available. Resistance bands are not easily changed. I needed 2 screwdrivers to take it apart and have to do it every time you change bands. I’ll end up modifying it to make changes easier. There are a lot of plastic parts in this setup so I don’t know how long this thing will last. Overall I’m not impressed with this product and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Product is not as is decribed/depicted, the resistance levels are not easily changeable (requires screwdrhvwr to remove from the fixings) and it does not have two seperate foot straps
