The Rock Stepper

I loved my rock stepper. I used it almost every day for the last month and today while using it, the rubber arm snapped. Before it snapped it was starting to squeak a lot. I reached out to the company asking how to fix this squeak (this was about a week and a half ago) and never heard back. I am really disappointed because this was genuinely something I could do while studying in med school that helped me stay active but didn’t take away from my studies. I would love if someone could reach out to me :/

I like thus machine as it is easy to use. There is only one thing i dont like about it. Directions say us on carpet, but then the pad gets rolled up. It does work better on a harder surface!

i love it! So much better than a regular stepper. Harder than i thought it was gonna be, but that's a good thing!! it's light weight, but very sturdy. Great digital display.
