*update* these guys took such good care of me after i emailed them. They immediately replied and sent out a new one. I want to apologize for the bad review .* Took a month to receive.Broke within a few days. The return process doesnt seem worth the $120 for the process to return for a refund.

This is fun. Harder than they make it look in the conmercials. But i guess that is the goal form when you use it for a while. Should be hard at first or it would work 🌸

I don't like how it slides backwards as you use it. I've tried it on bare floor with the mat. I've tried it on carpet. I've even tried to put it on a yoga mat, but it still moves! I'll continue to try to use it, but so far it's very frustrating. It would be nice if you had suggestions within the instruction manual on how to keep it still.
