it arrived assembled but the package was open, not sure what that was about, the board straps were a little loose but I watched the online videos and was able to tighten it. I do varying basic exercises on it because I am elderly and fat, just a fat old lady that enjoys bouncing and moving on the board.

Ive had the board a little while. Been using it every other day so much fun and is definitely helping with my balance and coordination. Definitely feel better on my ankles legs and core
