Amazing stretch. I’m still learning all the correct ways to use it but it helps stretch in a better more controlled way like I’ve never experienced before. Highly recommend and don’t accept substitutes. Skip the bands and try CastleFlexx; I’m a believer!

I am 59 - there is a gap in the previous chart ! I have recently had knee surgery and over the years have lost a lot of flexibility. Trying to regain range of motion, and the castleflexx really helps with that. It is easy to use and the effects can be felt immediately.

My hamstrings and hip flexors are tight normally, then I was in a car accident on Monther’s Day and the seat belt strap hurt my right shoulder….since it came in the mail this week, I’ve used it 3 times and love it. My step-dad has Sciatica and I let him use it, he felt better after also. I’d recommend this to everyone.
