Great help even with mobility issues
For such a small piece of exercise equipment it’s pretty powerful and you can feel it right away. I have not gotten on the video yet to work with it. I have balance issues and use a walker and this helps greatly with my arms however I’m still going to buy a couple of more pieces for leg strengthening, even if you are recovering from an injury and or need muscle strengthening, this is still easy to use

I love it! I keep it in my work bag and bring it to the office so i can stand every hour and so a quick 10 reps. I’m making others at the office want to be healthier too.
