I love it! I keep it in my work bag and bring it to the office so i can stand every hour and so a quick 10 reps. I’m making others at the office want to be healthier too.

I like this

I use it as I watch tv. I’m hoping to get more active and use my other workout equipment in the basement. I’m 68 but still hoping for any sort of good form to my arms.

I like it but do not want a subscription thank you.
