This is truly one of the great training tools. I have used a BOSU for a while, but never owned one. The exercise videos that come with the BOSU are great. So many ways to utilize this tool! Love it!

I'm a newbie (and an elder Gen-Xer), so I have much to learn and practice. That said, I'm impressed with the build, and the Bosu's unapologetic, yet safe, way of showing me what needs work!
