This is truly one of the great training tools. I have used a BOSU for a while, but never owned one. The exercise videos that come with the BOSU are great. So many ways to utilize this tool! Love it!

I'm a newbie (and an elder Gen-Xer), so I have much to learn and practice. That said, I'm impressed with the build, and the Bosu's unapologetic, yet safe, way of showing me what needs work!

Fun for the whole family. From my 2 year old to my husband it’s been a great addition to our home gym and we keep finding more ways to incorporate it into our routines.
