They’re Only More Expensive the Day You Buy Them, but Their Value is Everlasting!

My first order from Rep Fitness was a pair of 10lb bumper plates. I made the mistake of opening that box in the house. Phew! The raw smell of the fresh rubber was overwhelming. Those plates spent a week in the sun and got washed a few times. They’re fine now, but since my gym in my house, I didn’t want an entire set of rubber plates off gassing us to death. So splurged and ordered a 335 set of the Equalizer polyurethane coated plates. And I am so pleased. Everything they advertise on the site is spot on. I love that they have hand holes which makes them easy to carry. The polyurethane has zero odor and prevents the metal they cover from clanging, like some other plates I own. To degree inanimate weights can be attractive/good looking, they are. Because my wife doesn’t want weights cluttering our upstairs home gym, I bought Rep Fitness’ flat rack and keep them hidden in the closet. :-)). I love these weights and highly recommend them. Functional and Great Looking Plates

These weight plates are extremely functional. The hole cut outs on 25 lb plates and higher make the plates easy to grab and rack. The urethane coating definitely helps mute the clanking of the old style steel plates. The white REP lettering looks very cool too. A little pricey, but definitely a quality plate.
