APEX ADJUSTABLE BENCH

As a sleep deprived father of a 5 month old who also happens to be a physical therapist, this bench is great! The packaging is super organized and well thought out for assembly. The bench has absolutely no wobble when using it for heavy lifting, which is very important to prevent injury. The ladder system is smooth and quiet (helpful when the baby is napping). I would highly recommend this bench for anyone looking for a solid foundation for their home gym. This bench would also be great for any physical therapy office since it is highly adjustable and can be used for all sorts of rehab exercises with all the attachments available. Now back to my na.. I mean work out!

The bench feels really solid, was easy to put together and move around. I really like all the angle adjustments to get into just the right position. The pad is nice and firm and has just the right amount of grip to keep me in position. Very happy with all the thought that went into it.

As a standalone bench, I love it. The vertical storage is really helpful for saving space. It has a nice handle for lifting it up and the wheels make it easy to move. It's very stable and the pad is comfortable. The back pad is nice and long. I love how many adjustment options there are and that they're labeled in the metal instead of stickers that can fall off
