These work great!
I needed something to help me out a bit when I started lifting heavy enough that my grip was holding me back. These are the perfect amount of help, they are easy to use and don't take up much room in my gym bag.

Too rigid thick and wide
The Velcro straps are so long that they interfere with exercise. Cable row, pulling with versa grips, the Velcro straps hit against my clothes and try to grip my clothes as I’m exercising. I’m very disappointed with the lack of functionality. If I wasn’t wearing a shirt, it would work out, but I pull the weight to my chest and it catches on my shirt every time.
