Have straight bars and ropes and v-handles but this one is so comfortable in the hand and smooth like butter! I wouldn’t want to trade it for anything else.

Great For Tricep Isolation

This is my third purchase from Mario. The piece is beautifully crafted and engineered and unlike most any cable attachments available from typical/ordinary sources. The finish is beautiful; the knurling is perfect; and the mechanics work perfectly. I have used it for tricep exercises and as a handle for back pulling exercise, all on my functional trainer. It excels at isolating the triceps and by using drop sets really isolates and works this muscles group. Highly recommend for any serious trainee looking to maximize the benefits of exercising.
