Game Changer
This product that Dane and the garage strength team has developed was worth every penny. I am a high school track coach who was looking to change up the lifting program that I have been using for the past eight years. From this program I have gained more knowledge about system set up for lifting that is going to help transform my team overall for the upcoming season. I have been the throws coach at my school and have had difficulty thinking of lifting programs for the entire team and this program has made it 100% easier for me to develop programming for each event group. I cannot wait to see the results my athletes have once we get to competition this winter/spring.
