Strongman Sandbag

Bought a light one for my kids to fling around! 50/100/150/200 and most my work is with the 150. Kids enjoy working out with me and I sometimes make them do it as part of a chore to get some screen time.

100lb bag is a perfect bag to start with, you can do all the carries and loads without too much effort. Be mindful that jumping to the 150lb bag is a significant jump, even though it doesn't seem like it would be. Great bag quality, highly recommend if anyone is on the fence about sandbag training.

I'm new to working out with sandbags and let me you tell you, they are amazing. I actually love the style of practical strength you really need to haul these things around. 150lbs doesn't seem like much until it's in a bag that you need to toss onto your shoulder. These bags are definitely heavy duty, and I may have been a hair skeptical of their cost, but after using them now for several weeks I'm not at all. These things are high quality bags all around. I will be purchasing more in the future.
