I originally bought a 125 lb. strongman sandbag from Freedom Strength a little over a year ago and felt ready to buy a new heavier bag. Sticking with the brand was never a question... the quality, feel, and durability of the bags are second to none, and the prices are the same or even a bit less than the competition. What size to get was harder to figure out, so I reached out to JB Kania for some guidance. He talked me down from getting a 175lb. bag and I decided on 150 instead. It was good advice! 150lbs. is a humbling weight, and I'm grateful that Freedom Strength offers bags in 25lb. increments. I've got some work to do, but I'll definitely be back for that 175lb. bag soon!

Just might be my favorite! I’ve had 4 freedom strength co bags so far: the Strongman 150, the Atlas Stone 150, the 400 pounder filled with rubber and now this one. 125lb Seems to be the sweet spot. I have heavier bags but this one allows me to do more reps of more variety of exercises. It seems to be more multipurpose for clean and press, squats, lunges, carries. Best all rounder in my opinion. I weigh 175 at 6’ (so kinda more of a skinny guy) so this bag is helping me pack on more size and get stronger
