Great product so far. Been taking for 2 weeks. I already was taking creatine before this just switched to bpn because of the creapure made in Germany. Getting nice energy at ends of reps to get to the next level. I would recommend this product for lifting weights or anything active requiring bursts of energy, great for surfing for that extra push on bigger days.
