Overall Good-

They are good-each the size of a lacrosse ball. I just wish they were a little bigger or had an option to by a larger version.

I don’t even know what this thing is for my daughter was playing with it at the store so I bought it.

I haven't quite found a way to work this into my recovery routine, but I keep it close by for when I figure it out. It's well made and extremely dense.
