I wear a size L glove and the small is perfect to use as a cable attachment/D handle. I feel like i could use the Large Kaz handle just fine, but it would work my grip more, so I’m glad i got the small for my purposes.

I honestly didnt expect these things to be as big as they are. I have large hands, but the “small” handles are perfect for me. The knurling feels so good, its super grippy but I just wish the whole thing was knurled. The clips and strap feel very premium and hold up when used like a tricep rope. free shipping would be cool cuz 125 is a but much lol but if you have the disposable income theyre definitely worth it!
