I love me some Finex!!! Its taken several years but I finally have most of the finex collection. I absolutely love it. I only wish they would make a 10" and 12" DOUBLE handled skillet like the 14". Thats my favorite piece, but I have arthritis in my wrist and I would use those sooo much more cuz it is easier for me to have the 2 handles. Finex is the best!!!

I absolutely love this 8” Flat Press from FINEX!
I absolutely love this 8” Flat Press from FINEX. The quality is outstanding. From the moment you take it out of the box, you can tell it’s built to last a lifetime and then some. The machining, fit, finish, and overall craftsmanship are top-notch. This isn’t some cheap piece of cookware—it’s a serious tool that feels like it was made by people who genuinely care about what they’re building. I’ve used it for burgers, bacon, sandwiches, and steaks, and it performs exactly as advertised. The weight is perfect, the spring handle stays comfortable to use, and it helps produce excellent, consistent results. What really impressed me, though, was the attention to detail and the overall customer experience. Everything about the product and the company feels premium and thoughtfully designed. In a world full of disposable junk, it’s refreshing to buy something that feels like it was built in America to be handed down to the next generation. FINEX knocked it out of the park. Highly recommended!

I don't know why I can't get a good product from these people anymore.. After trying to get an undamaged flat griddle pan twice I gave up and thought at least I could get the press but even that has pits and holes in the finished surface.. I just don't understand if it's a polished flat surface meant to be flat and polished why it has holes in it.. it doesn't look good at all for the money I spend I expect to get something better than that without holes in it.
