Searching for a humidity friendly eyeliner

Tried the black waterproof eyeliner. It does not stay put on my eyelids but within a few hours ends up shadowy under my eyes and in the crease above my eyes. I have a very active job - in and out of the sun and in Houston TX humidity - which makes finding an eyeliner challenging.

I like your products and wanted to try them for a long time. I ordered a 3 piece basic set of eye liner, eye shadow and mascara. I don't know what I may be doing wrong, but the mascara and liner, both leave a mark on my upper eyelid. It's about the crease line. I recently had cataract surgery and was looking to update my eyes after wearing glasses for so long.

I expected this eyeliner to go on much smoother than it did. I have been using liquid liner and hoping that this eyeliner pencil would go on much smaller smoother than it did a little disappointed in this product.
