It is waterproof, wears off the longer you wear it but it's good quality. Easy to put on, the pencil stick gets blunt easily but the smudger on the end helps control the look. Shipping was as expected.

Not the Eyeliner I Hoped For

The Facebook ads wore me down…and I finally bought the eyeliner crayon to be able to easily achieve the look I wanted. Sadly, no matter what I did—including keeping my eyes closed for up to a minute after applying and trying to limit the “cat-eye” look that required a wider line—the crayon bled onto my upper lid and throughout the day blended into my eyeshadow and changed the color to dark gray. By the time I removed my eye makeup at night, the overall look I had was that of being “bruised”. I had discarded the eyeliner box, otherwise I would have returned it. Needless to say, it was quite a disappointment.

Not waterproof but glides on easily

Sadly, not waterproof. Sometimes have a little tearing and I decided to purchase Thrive. Love love love the eye cream pencil but eyeliner was gone by mid day. Won’5 buy again.
