Sonora Large Pan

What a gorgeous pan, It's really a piece of art. I am thoroughly enjoying getting to know how to cook with it. The pan will become a life-long friend. Thank you to the talented artisans who made it.

Seasoned up well

First couple of uses there was some sticking but that seams to have gone away. Used if for omlettes and burgers and it was great. Little lite scrub, heat to dry and reoil. Great pan so far.

Beautiful packaging looked like old times and the pan is beautiful, even better than I imagined. Shipping took a little longer than expected because of postal problems, but the pan was definitely worth the wait.
