Wow what a beautiful Packard Brisket. Outstanding. Had on the smoker for 12 hours today and now it’s resting. Can’t wait to dig in. This is the second time I have purchased from Snake River Farms and they delivered !!!

We’ve purchased this twice now - the first one was so good. We figured out how to turn our bbq into a ( very) slow smoker and smoked it for 24 hours with a dry rub. Amazing! Juicy, tender — and looking forward to the next one. Good job SRF!

Fantastic brisket with only ~2-3 lbs of fat on a 17lb packer. Meat was tender and juicy and definitely confirmed that the quality of meat makes or breaks how it tastes when smoking for ~10 hours.
