As a French chef, I'm very particular about the quality of the ingredients I use, and the Ibérico Pork Box exceeded my expectations. The marbling, flavor, and texture are exceptional. You can immediately tell this is a premium product. The pork has a rich, nutty flavor that's incredibly versatile, whether you're keeping it simple with salt and a good sear or incorporating it into more refined dishes. It cooks beautifully and stays tender and juicy. If you enjoy cooking or appreciate high-quality ingredients, this is absolutely worth trying. I'll definitely be ordering again.

There’s no doubt it’s high quality pork and so far, the two pieces we’ve tried, the double chops and the secreto were delicious. My issue is that none of the cuts could serve more than two people, at most. Our secreto was very small. We like to have at least two other people over for dinner and this option is cost prohibitive to do that. Eh. Likely won’t order again.

I went very easy on my seasoning, so that we could taste the meat at its simplest. Everything was delicious.
