Now on our second box of goodies - how is it i got this far in life never having experienced this selection of deliciousness ? The amazing cuts of meat force you into trying them and we couldnt be happier ! The Cook Book is icing on the "piggy-cake" as it guides you simply how to treat these wonderful cuts - Great job - keep it up !

Little trouble cooking the pork belly steak

Had a little trouble properly cooking the pork belly steak, because even following your directions exactly it still came out a little chewy, but I split it in three sections and the third one I got the closest. The flavor is delicious. I haven't cooked the secreto, or the pressa, or the ribs yet, but I'll make sure to let you know.

A treat

We used to get Iberico pork in California but this was the only source for our summer in Maine. Delighted with our first box - have cooked half so far.
