The ribeye is 1 of my favorite. You can never go wrong with the ribeye. Its almost always the perfect texture. I always add a little black pepper and blackening seasoning or paprika to mine and shake it all up.

Ribeye
The ribeye is absolutely the best! Every bite was delicious. I love how the fat is left in the beef jerky, it adds to the flavor so much. I will definitely be buying this again.
