Brisket
The brisket was very good nice big thick slices not too thick but meaty and crunchy and once the crunch is gone, it’s chewy and oh so good. Just the right amount of salt and fat to enjoy the brisket. It’s a go to.

What a SNACK these are!
The brisket was by far my favorite, the meat melts in your mouth and the best part? Only two ingredients… you know what you’re eating!! No “special ingredients” you have to research to see what they are!
