Trades Socks

These were great at first! Lightweight, breathable, comfortable, and kept my feet dry during a 12.5 hour shift. I was extremely happy with my purchase even though they were pretty expensive. Fast forward, 4 months later and the heels are wearing out. I can actual see my foot through the sock. Needles to say I'm not happy at all given the amount spent for a few pairs of socks. Well not be buying again. Great for comfort, but not durable at all which is ironic for something marketed as trades socks.

I tried different styles and brands and i came to realize these are by far the best out there . A little Pricey but definitely worth it … invest in your feet

The products are fine. The customer service is atrocious. My wife mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I emailed as soon as I realized the mistake, the same day. No response. I emailed a week later, no response. A week later I filed for a return, no response. A week later I tried to file a claim, the website says no can do as these items have been fully returned. Again I emailed, no response. Their claim to fame is a no questions asked 90 day return policy. I guess, if you don't answer customer emails, you don't have to worry about asking questions. I will NEVER but another thing from hollow socks, and will do everything I can to let everyone know just exactly how they treat customers that are paying $100 for for pairs of socks.
