Affordable, portable high quality device

Bought the probe out of curiosity to see how it’d compare to ThermoPen Pro. Honestly, I don’t see much difference, except for 1-2 seconds delay. Well worth the money.

Great probe for lattes

It rests nicely against the pitcher spout so it does not turn. It tracks the changing temperature well at 1 degree per second and touching the bottom does not throw off the reading.
