Been using these pellets since I first started using my RecTeq smoker back in 2018. Best all-around pellets, smooth flavor. Some of our guests don't like too a flavor, and I find these give a nice flavor, and I get many compliments on my cooks . They work very well for all meats, but i still use Hickory, Mesquite, apple and cherry for my personal experimentation. Ultimate plans are just the very best. I recommend them all the time.
