I’ve been using the Tend+ recovery tool regularly, and it’s become a go-to in both my personal routine and with the athletes I work with. What I appreciate most is how simple and effective it is—it doesn’t overcomplicate recovery, but it consistently delivers results. The biggest difference I’ve noticed is in how targeted the relief can be. I get more relief with the deep flow attachment than any of the percussion types like the Theragun!
