Returning was difficult. Unable to return using their website. Finally did a 'manual return'. Shipped back immediately and received by them 2 days later. I supplied tracking info the day of shipping, yet three times I've been asked for the tracking number. Wonder if AI runs most aspects of this company. Frustrating and disappointing.

I am now very disappointed in the device. What began as something that helped close my waking window from 4 hours to 45 minutes within its first week of use, after three weeks it no longer helped. I was dedicated and used it as directed, but the effects simply stopped. In fact, my night wakings are back to the usual 3-4 hours. It’s very sad because I had such high hopes.

Immediate lowering of wired/tired on 60min session. Sleeping deeper and waking up with more energy with less than a week of daily useage. Look forward to my evening sessions!
